Gemeinsam mehr erreichen - dafür stehe ich. Während meiner 20+ Berufserfahrung habe ich vieles gesehen, was funktioniert und was nicht. Ich glaube daran, das Menschen am besten gemeinsam Dinge bewegen können und wollen. Andere dabei zu unterstützen über sich hinauszuwachsen, treibt mich an. Ob innerhalb eines Projektes, als Coach, Führungskraft, aber auch privat als Mutter dreier Kinder. Enablement, Inspiration und stetige Neugier lässt mich morgens aufstehen. Ich bin pragmatisch und liebes es Dinge anzugehen - gemeinsam.

Ich habe eine langjährige Führungserfahrung als Produkt, Change und Projektmanager in der Telekommunikations-, Medien and Marketingbranche.

Hinzukommt eine fundierte international anerkannte Ausbildung zum ICF Co-Ative Coach.

Desweiteren habe ich viele Jahre Erfahrung in einer kleineren globalen Management Beratung Erfahrung sammeln dürfen, und den schnellen Wachstum hands-on gestaltet.
